Ashbury Hotel

Katerra served as construction manager and general contractor for the landmark redevelopment project, the Asbury Hotel. The hotel consists of 110 stylish guest rooms, a rooftop garden, outdoor movie theater, rooftop lounge, lobby bar, library, music area, and an indoor/outdoor event center.

The Asbury Hotel was recently voted as the best new hotel in the United States based on readers of USA Today. Salt Hotels operates the property while iStar developed it.
